The 75 Lewis Avenue renovation project involved converting the former St. John's College building in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn into 212 rental apartments. The project transformed the existing three wings of the building into a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. The project features a lush, wild aesthetic landscape design and a series of rooftop gardens. The development also includes over 10,000 square feet of amenities, such as a rooftop terrace, gym, and communal lounge. ALS was commissioned to create update the landscape design & provide 3d visualization for all landscape areas of the site and also the installation of soils and street trees throughout the property where project managed by ALS.
